- My husband Chip & I have a home in Altos del Maria. We have been vacationing in Panama since 2004 and hope to retire to Altos someday soon. I am a Detective with the Pitkin County (Aspen) Sheriffs department in Colorado and the liaison to the growing Spanish speaking population in our area. My husband Chip is the Community Manager for the largest homeowners associations in our valley.
