We had a great trip to Altos in March- got lots done. We signed off on our house plans and chose a builder, met with our attorneys for the first time and generally had a great time visiting with friends. Had some great food- love the new chinese place in Sora- ate there about 3 times!

Fortunately the housing prices have held pretty well where we live and houses are selling- maybe not as fast, but are definitely moving. I hope we are able to sell ours in a timely fashion next Spring. We have been weeding out lots of stuff and working on sprucing up the the house for sale. I want to be prepared and I'm glad we have had time to adjust to the idea of moving.

Did you see that they are building the road near our area which will go through La Luna and right down to Coronado? I am so excited that we will have a close entrance onto that road without having to go all the way to the gate and down to Bejuco. I plan to check with someone there to see how far along they are now. I am also so glad to see the shopping centers going into Coronado- life will be so much easier with a variety of super markets and other stores.. What is good is that we can go there and then retreat back up the mountain to our quiet, beautiful clean space. I can almost taste living there now- it was a long time coming to feel that way.

Looks like Jai will be retiring in about a year- me too , I hope. I am soooo sick of working.
