If there are others currently living in Georgia or in the Atlanta metropolitan area that would like to get together with other future Altoids I would love ot hear from you. I currently get together with a couple that will be moving to Valencia I in a year or two and we meet to exchange ideas, information, and just to get to know each other better since we will be neighbors basically. I live in the Lawrenceville area and would love to have a group gathering. Out lot is on Montalcino!

Hi Elaine,

We are Stuart and Theresa Kallman from Baltimore , Maryland. We moved here from Atlanta. We also own a lot in Altos and hope to build there. Currently we have not been able to sell our home here due to the horrible realestate market. BUT one day and we will move down to stay.

We are working on comin down to stay the winter...If we can work out the details.

Hi Stuart and Theresa. We moved to Atlanta from the Washington DC area where we lived for about 20 years in Virginia. but we have been to Baltimore many times. We are hoping to take a test run at the market in the Spring. We are going to put our house for sale next Spring if it sells for what we want we're out of dodge if not we will sit tight and wait. Try later. Where is your lot?

Are you going to try and take advantage of the tax exemption? we are getting our plans drawn by an architect so we can request a permit for building before the deadline and then we have a couple of years to build. Dont want to pay property taxes if I dont have to.

If you ever come down to Atlanta please let us know. We live in the Lawrenceville Area and are in the Brookwood school district. People now days kill to be in that district so we are hoping that we wont take long to sell BUT you never know.

Please keep in touch. Good to hear from you. I am keeping a notebook filled with all kinds of information, contacts for everything you can think of. That is one of the reasons I figured if there were others out there in this neck of the woods we could exchange information like I am doing with the other couple.....there have got to be more people around Atlanta that know about ADM, you think?
